    Examinations are especially stressful for students and their parents. In this seminar, Dr Lyn Chang will share ideas on how parents and students can manage and overcome examination stress! Dr Chang, who qualified and trained in the UK, is currently also Adjunct Associate Professor at the Dept of Psychological Medicine, NUS. She lectures medical students and supervises psychologists, doctors, and other clinical staff in psychotherapy. She sits on the examination panel for medical students and students applying to NUS Medical School, and also practises as a clinical psychologist at Mt E Medical Centre.

    2. Seniors’ Day Out | $10/pax

    Visit the Navy Museum, Ben Foods and Gardenia. The Navy Museum especially is an eye-opener. Learn about our Navy’s history, see its weaponry and take out simulated enemy targets with weapons the Navy has. You also get to shop and buy groceries and breads from Ben Foods and Gardenia Bread. Fee includes a sumptuous 7-course Lunch at a Chinese restaurant too!

    3. Sleep-in with Daddy and the Fishes | $140/father-child

    (Fri-Sat, 21 Nov 5pm – 22 Nov 1pm)

    Daddy can make a date with his child on a magical night at Sentosa’s Underwater World. Slumber and snooze among the sharks, rays and other ocean habitants. Enjoy talks, games and tours and catch the pink dolphins in action. Dinner, light supper and breakfast are included in the fee.

    Register by 13 Oct. 20 father-child pairs only! Suitable for children aged 6-16 years old. Pick-up venue is St Hilda’s Church. Change of clothes (recommended track pants and long sleeves for night), windbreaker, blanket, sports sandals & a sense of adventure!
