Christian Education Teachings

Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. As a result, many of them believed, as did also a number of prominent Greek women and many Greek men. (Acts 17:11-12)

Christian Education is part of discipleship. Our regular discipleship begins with God’s Word being read and proclaimed in our weekend services. It is then deepened in our fellowship after the services and in our home cells. In addition, we offer various courses and seminars. Our staple course takes us through the Bible and is based on the materials provided by Moore College, Sydney (https://ptc.moore.edu.au/). We are offering 2-3 courses of 10 Thursday evenings each year. Optional exams can lead members to a Certificate in Biblical Studies.

We also offer short seminars on various topics, in-house or in collaboration with other parishes, Saint Peter’s Hall (https://sph.org.sg/), and external organizations.

For more information, please get in touch with any member of the pastoral team or the church office.

It is my sincere prayer that the Holy Spirit creates in us a desire to grow deeper in our knowledge and love of God and his Son Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
